YEAH!! After a 13 year drought, the Packers are going to the Super Bowl. Since I was a very little girl and Vince Lombardi was their coach I have been a Packer's fan. I went online to see if there was anyway that I could get tickets (the Super Bowl is in Dallas this year so I thought maybe Vicki would let me stay at her house), but after one short glance I realized that this was not going to happen (tickets in the nose bleed section are over $2,000 and you have to buy at least two) and I will be content to watch it at home.
YEAH!! So cool that they're going to the super bowl!! Such a bummer that you won't be able to go . . . $2,000 man that is STEEP. I'm amazed anyone is willing to pay that, but then I'm not a football fan. I'll definately be thinking of you on Superbowl Sunday! ~Tina~
ReplyDeletePS Did you know this is the first year ever that there will not be any cheerleaders at the superbowl? Neither of the teams has cheerleaders. Just interesting info Jerry passed on to me yesterday.
A football game without cheerleaders!!! If they get rid of the bands too it might actually be worth $2,000. Looking forward to the Big Game. Go Pack.

P.S. I am loving the new pic of the family. I am just wondering what the cameraperson did to make Erica so mad. If looks could kill the camera would have melted. LOL
ReplyDeleteI wish you were coming for the football game too!!! It sure feels like the Packers and the Steelers have brought their winter weather with them. We are happy they are here, but anxious for them to take their winter home with them. Miss you tons!!!
